Sindrome di Werner - Sindrome ipoplasia della tibia-polidattilia - Nanismo Mesomelico di Werner   OMIM 188770

La sindrome di Werner è una malformazione congenita molto rara (pochi casi descritti in letteratura) caratterizzata da ipoplasia bilaterale della tibia associata a polidattilia  postassiale delle mani e dei piedi e pollice trifalangeo. 

Altri segni comprendono l'ispessimento e/o la duplicazione della fibula e la sindattilia delle mani 
La trasmissione è autosomica dominante.
